2026 Summer Reading Program: June 1- August 8

• Create or log-in to your Beanstack account online or in the app for Apple or Android and sign up for the 2026 Summer Reading Program to track activities online. 
• Use our new paper reading trackers, one for ages Birth-11 and one for teens ages 12-18. These will be available in all libraries starting June 1.

Bring the completed tracker to the library and choose your book prize. The tracker is also your entry for additional prize drawings. Additional prizes include Minnesota State Fair, Sea Life at Mall of America, and Minnesota Twins tickets. Prizes are not guaranteed.

Summer means even more fun programs for kids and teens at all Carver County Library locations. Some programs require registration. See our Events and Registration page online or stop by the library for more information. 

This year we have two contests, a bookmark contest for Ages 5-11 and a sticker contest for ages 12-18 based on our theme "Plant A Seed, Read!" Submissions for both contests must be turned in by July 15.

Summer Reading Details: One tracker, one book prize, and once chance to win tickets per person unless otherwise indicated.

• Ticket prizes will be drawn as they become available from the donating organizations and as possible by the Library.
  • Winners will be contacted by their library with details.
  • Ticket prizes are not guaranteed.
  • Tickets can't be exchanged.
• All prizes must be picked up by August 31, 2026 unless otherwise indicated in initial notifications.
