The Carver County Library aims to provide a rewarding environment in which staff are encouraged to develop to their full potential.  The Library supports the Carver County policy and practice for employee recognition by recognizing library employees’ employment anniversaries and special accomplishments annually at an All Staff Meeting.  Funds for awards will be paid from the Endowment account.
